10U AAA
Congratulations to my oldest boy. He tried out for AAA spring ball this past Saturday and made the cut. I'm sure he will post updates on his blog :)

Love is...
... letting your mom come watch your brothers five kids so he can whisk his wife off to Paris for some RnR all the while you are on bed rest baking 3 sweet green beans
... coming to watch your 5 grandchildren (and dog) without a single hesitation so your son can whisk his wife off to Paris for some RnR even though you have a daughter on bed rest and a mom with many doctors appointments
... whisking your wife off to Paris and arranging for mom to come stay with the kids AFTER checking with sister on bed rest to make sure she wouldn't mind giving up mom for a week.

Saturday Summary
Yesterday I did manage most of my list. The laundry is surprisingly under control (don't tell the kids) The one thing I did not get to was the homeschool room book shelves and closet. In reality I cleaned the closet last week but it needs some tweaking and I need to do the shelves in the supply closet downstairs.
Today Claire and I did a cookie booth in the am then headed home and rounded up everyone else. We explored a nearby new to us park which was a lot of fun. Then we took a loooooooooooong drive. We finished off the evening with a walk and then a family viewing of Enchanted.
Tomorrow is shaping up to be another beautiful day here in Central Texas.

Another Friday
Managed another swim today. When I showed up at the pool it was set in LONG COURSE! Yikes!
I did 2100 meters fairly easily in an hour. When I swim on Tuesday nights I do the Master workout with a swim buddy. It kicks my butt but it is helping me ease into masters.
In store for today. A beautiful weather day!

•Finish up the week of school.
•Get laundry back under control (again)
• do some crafty projects from our Hands and Hearts kits.
•clean up the bookshelves in the school room and the homeschool supply closet.
